Reverse Osmosis Membrane Concentration and Volume
Reduction System
Reverse osmosis membrane concentration and volume reduction system concentrates valuables in water solutions using reverse osmosis membranes, and recovers them for recycling. It can also be used to concentrate and reduce the volume of waste fluid and wastewater, and reduce the amount of industrial waste material from factories and industrial waste treatment costs.
Features
- Compact system employing hollow fiber-type reverse osmosis membranes
- Employs dirt-resistant hydrophilic membrane (made from cellulose triacetate)
- Less obstructive than reverse osmosis membranes made from polyamide, in the aspect of blockage due to adsorption of surface-active agent.
- More resistant to minute amounts of oxidants than reverse osmosis membranes made from polyamide
Applications
- Recovering and recycling of valuables in solutions
- Reducing industrial waste treatment costs by concentrating and reducing volume of surface-active agent wastewater
- Reducing industrial waste treatment costs by concentrating and reducing volume of chemical wastewater
- Reducing industrial waste treatment costs by concentrating and reducing volume of toxic metal water solutions
