Jul 1972 Toyobo Engineering Co., Ltd. established with a capital of 30 million yen as a part of Toyobofs new business area.
Obtains constructorfs license in order to engage in engineering of factories and the like.
Apr 1975 Takes over sales operations of textile machinery from Howa Textile Engineering Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Toyobo.
Sep 1976 Starts supply of equipment and parts to Toyobo joint ventures outside Japan.
May 1983 Takes over scientific instrument business from Toyobo.
Dec 1983 Takes over synthetic fiber engineering business from Toyobo.
Apr 1984 Launches bio-related equipment and materials business.
Apr 1985 Launches information-equipment business built around CAD software.
May 1985 Takes over the business of manufacturing water purifiers with reverse osmosis membrane filters from Toyobo.
Apr 1986 Launches industrial machinery & equipment business.
Jun 1992 Plant granted license to manufacture medical equipment.
Jul 1992 Increases capital to 120 million yen.
Oct 1993 Opens Osaka Technical Center to handle engineering services for water demineralizers.
Apr 1997 Starts marketing CAD for cable-TV equipment.
Jul 2000 Osaka Technical Center becomes ISO 9001 certified.
Apr 2003 Launches environmental solutions business.
Oct 2007 Takes over FA systems business from Toyobo.
Apr 2012 Launches SI work for BIM (Building Information Modeling).
Launches sales of mobile systems for production and business support.
Apr 2013 Start of plants factory business.
Nov 2014 Establishes Tokyo Technical Center and Hiroshima branch.
Nov 2015 Launches air purifiers for hydrogen sulfide.
Mar 2019 Cumulative sales volume of nitrogen-replacement deoxidation systems exceeds 100.
